Pick one real task you do this week and run it through a full workflow: prompt, review, refine, save. Applying one lesson to a real task teaches you more than reading five more lessons back to back.

Should I take the AI Foundations test right away?

It is a good next step if you want to confirm what stuck and see where your understanding is weaker. It is not required, and you can always come back to it after exploring workflows or prompts first.
